"I believe in hiring a staff who goes above and beyond my capabilities." -Lindsey Love Jenks
I have been in the fitness/wellness industry for 12 years and my passion has shifted primarily to helping people reach their goals via nutrition. Over the years I have grown to accept that all the hours in the gym mean nothing if you aren’t fueling your body properly. My goal is to help as many people as I can with proper education, quality services, as well as building personal relationships with each of my clients to understand your specific needs and wants. As we all know, food can be an emotional part of our life. We may eat or lack there of, because we are bored, tired, angry, sad, happy, socializing, etc. We are here to hold you accountable so you can take this next step.
I was born and raised just outside of London and that is where most of my family still resides today. I have always been interested in science and food so becoming a dietitian was a very easy career choice for me! Over the past 15 years we, as a nation have become more aware of our eating habits, yet obesity continues to rise and health is not improving overall. As a nutritionist/dietitian, my goal is to make a difference, educate and bring awareness to the fact that a healthy diet is paramount to a healthy life!
Since I can remember, I have always had a passion for the science involving how food affects our body - it fascinates me and that is why I have been a dietitian for over 12 years now. I’ve worked in various fields of nutrition from diabetes to oncology but one fact remains true for all health issues – good nutrition is essential to prevent and control diseases.
I am a Registered Dietitian (RD) and a Licensed Dietitian (LD/N) in the State of Florida. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Winthrop University in South Carolina, I went on to complete a Master of Science (MS) in Nutrition and Dietetics at Georgia State University.
I currently live in Longwood, FL with my husband and 3 children (ages 6 months, 5 and 7). We have been members of Crossfit since 2009 and love the positive changes that have come from such a focused driven community.
Working with local chefs I have created multiple nutrition classes that help to combine the theory of eating well with the practice, which is often hard to do! Whatever your needs are rest assured we will work together to create a plan that will work for you.

Fitness and Nutrition has always been a big part of my life from a early age. I have been a professional in
the industry for 5 years now. Before the fitness and nutrition industry I worked in the Allied Healthcare
field as a Nursing Assistant for 6 years. It taught me that my passion was on the preventative side, which
influenced my decision to pursue my Masters Degree in Applied Exercise with a focus in Fitness and
Nutrition. I currently coach at Crossfit Passion, but also work at Kings Ridge Private School serving as the
Assistant Strength Coach. Outside of working with students in the weight room I also teach honors
Anatomy. My passion is in the area of strength and conditioning, but all of the hours in the gym mean
nothing if you don't fuel your body correctly. That being said I have been doing research for a
year now, trying to find the best way to eat to optimize performance, health and aesthetics. Nutrition
has become a huge passion of mine after seeing loads of data on its positive effects. I would love to
spread all the knowledge that I have obtained over the years to help you reach your Fitness and
